Domestic Orders

  • Orders being delivered in the Continental United States will ship via standard UPS Ground.
  • Merchandise weighing in excess of 70 lbs. or with an overall package size 108” (length/girth) will be sent motor freight at an additional charge.
  • Items shipping freight are clearly marked on their listing pages and in the cart.
  • If your order contains products that will ship via motor freight, your shipping charges will include applicable freight charges.
  • Usual delivery time is 5-7 working days for products that will be shipping from Darley stock.
  • Estimated delivery times are displayed per product where available but are only estimates.
  • Back ordered items will be clearly indicated at time of checkout.
  • Shipping charges for orders being delivered in the Continental United States will be calculated based on “Value Of Merchandise”. Where indicated items will be shipped standard ground (UPS or USPS) and shipping rates assessed per the following table. Additional charges will be assessed for certain goods deemed to be hazardous.
  • Please Contact Us for orders that require next or second day shipping.
  • Contact us for shipping rates for orders larger than $750.


International Orders

  • Darley does not currently ship internationally for orders placed via the web.
  • Please Contact Us to place an order that requires international shipment. 
  • Listed shipping rates do not apply for international or truck shipments.


Shop.Darley.com Free Shipping Policy

  • You will receive free shipping for eligible items if your order includes at least $99 of qualifying merchandise shipping within the 48 contiguous Unites States, excluding taxes.
  • Qualifying items can ship to a U.S. delivery address in the 48 contiguous United States only.
  • Geographic shipping restrictions may apply to particular products. Customers receiving negotiated pricing rates online are not eligible for free shipping.
  • Note: Some items may not be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii using free shipping.
  • If your order doesn't qualify for free shipping the order may contain ineligible items there could be several reasons for this. A special-order product, products that have been discounted, heavy or large products, or handling fee may still apply, or an eligible item was canceled and brought the total below $99.
  • Certain offers may exclude items shipping direct from the manufacturer, or that are purchased with a government purchase credit card, or that have special shipping rates (i.e. heavy/bulky items, hazardous materials, custom items, etc... additional shipping may also be required on these items, see product pages for details).
  • Offers are valid at time of purchase and cannot be applied to previous, future or contract pricing orders.
  • W. S. Darley and Co reserve the right to assess shipping charges for any special circumstances not mentioned above.

The following shipping rates are based on catalog and online pricing, and do not apply to bulk or discounted pricing.

  • $500.01 and up: 4.5% of Order


Returns

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn't right, please contact us to ensure we get you the best next steps. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase.


  • Contact Us First: Before returning any part of your order, please contact our customer service department by emailing us or calling 630-735-3500. Provide your Darley order number and details about your situation.
  • Return Instructions: If you need to return a package, our representative will send you an "Instructions for Returning Merchandise" form to include in the package.
  • Packaging: Carefully repackage the merchandise using the original packing material, if possible, to prevent damage during transit. Ensure all returned items are in the same condition as when delivered.

Damaged Goods

In the event you receive a damaged or short shipment, you must immediately file a claim with the carrier. Under ICC regulations, this claim is the consignee's (your) responsibility. Please Contact Us as soon as possible as well.
