What Is It?
The TurboDraft™ 2.5” Fire Eductor is a compact, high‑performance, eductor‑based device that enables fire departments to draw water from distant or hard‑to‑reach static sources. When hydrants are unavailable or drafting is difficult due to elevation, depth, terrain, or access, this unit provides an effective alternative water supply method especially for rural, volunteer, or small‑crew fire operations.
How Is It Used?
Firefighters connect a 1.5” NST inlet and 2.5” NST outlet to standard fire‑service hose lines, then place the unit into the water source. Charging the line from the pumper creates a pressurized flow that drives the eductor and pulls water back through the return line.
Actual fire flow varies depending on:
Field testing is recommended to confirm department‑specific flow performance.
