What is it?

The Football/Golfball Plug is a polyurethane‑impregnated, water‑activated foam plug for temporary leak control. It starts pliable so you can force it into a void; it then expands and hardens to seal the opening—useful on pipes, tanks, tankers, railcars, and boat hulls

How is it used?

1. PPE: Put on the supplied gloves (and any incident‑appropriate PPE).
2. Open & wet: Remove plug from its foil pouch; submerge in water for ~5 seconds to activate.
3. Apply & mushroom: Twist/force the plug into the hole or press firmly over it; mushroom and smooth the outer edges against the surface to create a seal. Hold pressure while it sets.
4. Below water line: The plug can be applied underwater for marine or submerged leaks.
5. Tip: Massage/rotate the pouch periodically during storage to keep resin distribution uniform; keep the foil pouch intact until needed.
