Mobile App Features

The Mobile App enhances convenience by allowing touch data transfer via NFC or LPB for immediate digital device health, tracking, and gas logging. On-site bump testing can be performed using the device and the mobile app, eliminating the need for manual data tracking and connecting directly to Compliance Watch for comprehensive data logging.

What is it?

The SST4 Pump is a versatile gas detection device designed to monitor LEL, O2, CO, and H2S levels in various environments. Its compact design and advanced features make it an essential tool for safety and compliance in industrial settings.

How is it used?

The SST4 Pump is used to detect and monitor gas levels in confined spaces, storage tanks, and industrial sites. It can be easily integrated with mobile apps and web reporting software for comprehensive data logging and fleet management. The device can be bump tested and serviced using the Dock or the Mobile App, ensuring efficient and accurate gas detection.

Maintenance Information

Regular maintenance of the SST4 Pump includes bump testing, calibration, and battery charging. The device can be serviced using the Dock or the Mobile App, which allows for easy data transfer and logging. It is recommended to perform routine checks to ensure optimal performance and compliance.

Calibration Testing

Although the WatchGas SST1 CO Gas Detector is designed to be maintenance-free and does not require regular calibration, it can be calibrated if needed using the SST Dock (Sold Separately).

Steps for Calibration Testing:

  1. Preparation: Ensure the detector is clean and free from any obstructions.
  2. Activation: Turn on the detector and allow it to stabilize.
  3. Connection: Connect the detector to the SST Dock.
  4. Calibration: Follow the instructions on the SST Dock to calibrate the detector using a known concentration of CO gas.
  5. Verification: Confirm that the detector is accurately measuring CO levels.
  6. Completion: Record the calibration results and reset the detector if necessary.

Routine Checks

Regular checks are recommended to ensure the detector remains in optimal working condition.

Steps for Routine Checks:

  1. Visual Inspection: Check the detector for any physical damage or obstructions.
  2. Battery Check: Ensure the battery is functioning correctly (although it does not require replacement).
  3. Alarm Test: Manually test the audible, visual, and vibration alarms.
  4. Sensor Zeroing: Periodically zero the sensor in a clean atmosphere to ensure accurate readings
