Installation Instructions
- Choose Mounting Location

- Prepare the Surface
- For QM-SBPM-1: Suitable for general surfaces, including aluminum and painted metal.
- For QM-SBPM-2: Recommended for stainless steel or surfaces where corrosion from dissimilar metals may occur.
- Mount the Base
- Align the base of the post mount vertically against the chosen surface.
- Use appropriate fasteners (not included) to secure the base. Drill pilot holes if necessary, depending on the material of the mounting surface.
- Install the Rod
- Insert the steel (QM-SBPM-1) or stainless steel (QM-SBPM-2) rod into the base.
- Ensure it is firmly seated and aligned vertically.
- Load Saw Blades
- Slide circular saw blades onto the post, ensuring the arbor holes (0.5″ to 1″ diameter) fit securely over the rod.
- Secure with Knob
- Turn the large rubber knob clockwise onto the post until it presses firmly against the outermost blade.
- Ensure the blades are held tightly and do not wobble or shift.
