The RESQMAX™ Swiftwater Rescue Kit is used by first setting up the launcher and loading the rescue line. The rescuer then aims the launcher towards the target area and deploys the line by activating the launcher. The sling projectile inflates on contact with the water to become a flotation collar for the subject or, at minimum, an easy-to-hold floating ring.
