Electrical

The extractor runs on 120 volts (watts per load: 110-160 watt-hours) with a fuse of 250V, 12 A (Time Delay). A 6’ electrical cord with a plug comes off the back of the extractor.


Plumbing

There is a 6’ flexible drain hose that comes off the back of the extractor. The drain hose should be inserted into a 2" standing drain pipe or attached to a nearby slop sink or laundry tub.


Wash Cycles

  • Blood Bourne Hot wash cycle to be used with PPE gear disinfectant laundry solution (Total time - 30 minutes).
  • Outer Shells / Liners NFPA 1851 warm wash cycle for PPE outer shells & liners (Total time - 57 minutes).
  • Cold PPE cold wash cycle (Total time - 52 minutes).
  • Towels Warm wash cycle for station towels & rags (Total time - 47 minutes).
  • Super Wash Extended warm wash cycle for heavily soiled PPE gear (Total time – 63 minutes).
  • Water usage, on average, will be about 15-16 gallons per cycle, varying depending on the water absorption of the fabric. Fill time and drainage time is 4-5 gal/min.
