Ratcheting Hydrant Wrench With Extension Handle - 4 Hole

The EZ Spanner™ 4‑Hole Ratcheting Hydrant Wrench (Model 4001) is a multi‑function ratcheting fire hydrant wrench designed to be fully customizable to any Fire District’s needs. With four socket positions, this wrench allows departments to configure the tool with hydrant nut sizes commonly encountered within their response areas.

The wrench features a high strength aluminum body paired with 100% stainless steel socket gears and a stainless steel cover plate, forming a heavy‑duty tool intended for repeated use in emergency response and hydrant operation environments.

A ratcheting mechanism allows continuous turning of hydrant operating nuts without removing and repositioning the wrench after each movement. Custom‑designed hooks located at the top of the wrench are shaped for a snug fit on hose couplings and fittings, reducing the likelihood of slipping that can occur with universal‑style hooks.

The extendable handle design allows the wrench length to increase when additional leverage is needed, supporting operation on hydrants that are difficult to open due to age, corrosion, or environmental conditions.

What is it?

The EZ Spanner™ Model 4001 is a 4‑hole ratcheting fire hydrant wrench with an extendable handle, designed to operate fire hydrant valves using a ratcheting socket system with configurable socket sizes.
