• Shock Limit: Replace the pads after 50 shocks.

Usage Guidelines

• Adults and Older Children: Use these defibrillation pads on adults and children who are 8 years old or more, or who weigh more than 25 kg (55 lbs).
• Infants and Young Children: For children under 8 years old or weighing less than 25 kg (55 lbs), use Infant/Child Reduced Energy Defibrillation Electrodes (Part#: 11101-000016).

Quick Usage Information

• Verify the package is sealed and within the expiration date before use.
• Open the foil package and remove the electrode pads.
• Connect the QUIK-COMBO connector to the compatible LIFEPAK therapy cable.
• Apply pads according to device instructions and patient placement diagrams.
• Use for ECG monitoring, pacing, defibrillation, or synchronized cardioversion as directed by the compatible LIFEPAK device.
• Dispose of electrodes after patient use.

Important: These electrodes use a leads-in design and cannot be pre-connected while in storage. For applications requiring pre-connected electrodes, use the REDI-PAK version (11996-000017).
