Installation Process for Q-Siren®
Before Installation

Unpacking the Siren
- Inspection: Check the siren for any damage that may have occurred during transit. If damaged, file a claim with the carrier and do not attempt to install or operate it.
During Installation
- Mounting:
- Recessed Mounting: Install the siren in the bumper for a streamlined look.
- Pedestal Mounting: Mount the siren on the bumper using the pedestal for a traditional appearance.
- Drilling: When drilling into the vehicle structure, ensure both sides of the surface are clear of anything that could be damaged. Use an ESD-approved cover to prevent metal shavings from entering the unit
- Wiring:
- Route the siren wires away from airbag sensors and deployment paths.
