Darley has taken the mini-pumper to the next level.

This multipurpose emergency response vehicle, provided on the Ford F550 platform, includes the Max-Super Single tire and wheel package and a mobile firefighting CAFS pump. It is being used as an initial response/squad/mini pumper. It offers enough firefighting ability to be used as the initial attack vehicle for car accidents and brush or grass fires.

The Darley Light Tactical Pumper is produced using a Darley/PolyBilt PolyPak+ body and the Darley/Odin Mongoose CAFS pump. It provides excellent all-weather, off-road capability with pump n roll and includes an LED warning light package. Ample compartment space in this corrosion-free body will allow it to carry lifesaving equipment for difficult-to-access homes, congested public gatherings, highways, farm fields, and off-road recreational areas.

This PolyPak body includes a unique front transverse area for storing a backboard and long-handled tools built into the Poly body at the front of the tank. This area can be accessed from either side of the vehicle’s front compartments.

The body is also designed to accept a Gas Mongoose if a gas chassis is preferred. It includes the same 400-gallon water tank with a 25-gallon foam tank. The Mongoose pump panel is protected inside the body behind an Amdor roll-up door.

Standard outlets include all the items listed in the Mongoose specs, and Darley connects into the CAFS mix point to feed the 100-150’ booster reel in the right rear compartment, which deploys out the back.

The joystick-operated, remote-controlled front bumper turret, using the Elkhart Brush Hawk monitor, adorns the front bumper. Dual front spray nozzles can be adjusted for various flows and spray patterns and used one at a time or together.
