The HOT-STOP® "L" series is a line of fireproof lithium-ion battery containment bags engineered for aviation and high-risk environments. These bags are designed to contain thermal runaway events from battery-powered devices such as tablets, laptops, defibrillators, and portable chargers. With multiple sizes available, HOT-STOP® "L" offers 100% containment solutions for a wide range of electronic devices.
How is it used?
Each HOT-STOP® "L" bag is simple and intuitive to deploy, requiring only 5–6 steps. No aqueous liquids are required, though water may be used in accordance with FAA SAFO 09013 recommendations. Bags should always be stored unzipped and ready for immediate deployment in the event of a battery fire or thermal event.
