Every aspect of the CrewBoss Elite Pant was carefully crafted to look and feel just right. With a more tailored fit than our Classic Brush Pant, the Elite Pant minimizes drag when moving through rough terrain and thick undergrowth. This more athletic design has the added benefit of making you look perfect on the field or in the station.

Tencate’s Advance fabric combines the trusted fire protection of Nomex with the legendary strength of Kevlar. While it may not be bulletproof, Advance is about as close as you will get to brushproof. Garments made with Advance are ideal for the roughest terrain and situations where your gear absolutely needs to last.

Fit & Mobility

The Advance Elite Brush Pant features a more tailored, athletic fit than traditional brush pants to reduce snagging and drag when moving through heavy brush, tall grass, and rugged terrain. Articulated knees, elastic side bands, and a proprietary crotch reinforcement panel work together to support natural movement during climbing, kneeling, crouching, and extended walking, without restricting range of motion or causing pressure points.

Pocket Layout & Storage

The pocket system is engineered to balance accessibility, security, and comfort during active operations. Front slash pockets are positioned to prevent contents from interfering with movement, while cargo and rear pockets provide expanded storage without bulking the legs. Pocket placement helps prevent items from bumping the knees, and an internal smartphone pocket keeps devices protected and close at hand.

Fabric & Construction

Advance Elite Brush Pants are built using TenCate’s Advance fabric, which combines the flame protection of Nomex® with the strength of Kevlar® for enhanced resistance to abrasion and wear. The garment is assembled with Nomex® thread throughout and reinforced using double‑needle stitching, five‑thread safety seams, and extensive bar‑tacking at high‑stress areas for durability in demanding wildland environments.

Durability & Reinforcement

Designed for long‑term use in rough terrain, these pants feature reinforced stress points throughout the garment. A dedicated crotch reinforcement panel extends service life in high‑movement areas, while bar‑tacking at critical seams helps resist tearing under load. Hook‑and‑loop ankle straps are covered with self‑fabric for added heat resistance and durability.
