The answer lies in Filament Twill Technology™. Like PBI Max™, Armor AP is powered by DuPont™ Kevlar® filament in a twill weave. The result is a lighter weight outer shell (6.5 oz.) with improved comfort/flexibility, improved strength and durability, and equal to improved protection.

In fact, regular cleaning can improve breathability by removing contaminants that clog the fabric and reduce airflow.
