What is it?

The Vulcan Clutch® Hand Lantern is a robust, multi-function lantern designed for emergency response and first responder duties. It features a unique clamping handle for hands-free usage and a versatile 340° articulating head to aim the light beam exactly where needed.

Usage

• High Mode: 1,700 lumens, 520 m beam, 67,500 candela, runs for 6.5 hours.
• Low Mode: 380 lumens, 245 m beam, 15,000 candela, runs for 18 hours.

Three white LEDs produce a far-reaching, high-lumen beam for maximum visibility. The lantern also includes two ultra-bright blue taillight LEDs, which can be programmed to be continuously on or flashing, ensuring visibility even through thick smoke. The large multi-function push-button switch is easy to operate, even when wearing gloves.

Battery Information

The Vulcan Clutch® Hand Lantern is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery that fully recharges in 5 hours. It includes a battery status/charge indicator to keep you informed of its power levels.

Material/Durability

Constructed from high-impact, super-tough nylon, the lantern is designed to withstand tough conditions. It is IP67-rated, making it dust-tight and waterproof to 1 meter for 30 minutes, and has been tested for 2-meter impact resistance.

Setting up the Vulcan Clutch® Hand Lantern is straightforward with its quick install charging rack. The rack fits the same footprint as LiteBox®, Vulcan®, and Vulcan® 180 series.
