Payment Options
We accept Visa, Master Card, or American Express for all orders (internet, phone, fax, mail). Open account terms may be extended to business or government agencies pending credit application and approval. If you have an existing open account, all that is required when ordering via the internet is a Purchase Order number (may fill in with verbal). Upon submission of your order, Darley will verify your account information before processing the order. International orders shall be placed by approved credit in favor of W.S. Darley & Co.

Damaged Goods
In the event you receive a damaged or short shipment, you must immediately file a claim with the carrier. Under ICC regulations, this claim is the consignee's (your) responsibility. Returns
When returning any part of your order, please contact our customer service department FIRST by contacting us or calling 1-630-735-3500 with the Darley order number and the specifics of your situation. If you return a package, a representative will provide you with an Instructions for Returning Merchandise form to enclose in the package. Carefully repackage the merchandise using the original packing material, if possible, to prevent damage in transit. All returned items should be in the same condition as when delivered.
